Earlier of Date or Cumulative Cashflow

I'm calculating the royalty that is payable on a 360-month stream of cashflows.

The user enters the following inputs:
Royalty Amount: 2%
until the Earlier or Later of
Month = 12
or
Royalty Payments =$50,000

I set up 2 helper columns (see screenshot).
The DateCap column stops the payments at the user-chosen month
The $Cap stops the payments after the user-chosen payment cap
I want the $Amount column to be fed from the helper columns that represents the chosen scenario.
