Duplication checking

Hello,

I would like to ask some help regarding duplication checking.
In my sample file I check that first if:

• the material number is the same,
• the storage location is the same,
• the posting date is the same,
• the posted quantity is the same,

then the formula is turn to "Duplicated entries" in column G.

And the second checking rule is that if:

• the material number is the same,
• the storage location is the same,
• the posting date is the same,
• the posted quantity is the same (just with minus sign),

then the formula is turn to "Negated value" in column G.

My target is that just focus for that "Duplicated entries" (in column H marked with "x") where the negative posting is missing.

I see you already have the formulas to find duplicated entries and Negated value, so what do you want us to help you with?

I suggest you rethink about the formula ; see the attached file for an alternative.

To check , just swap the values in F16 and F18.
