drop shadows in cells

In Excel 2003 I could select a range of cells and place a box around them with a variety of drop shadow options to give the selection a 3d effect. I have not been able to find out how to do that in either Excel 2007 or the Excel 2010 beta. How is it now done or have they totally removed that option?

Take a look at Insert > Shapes, then when you draw around a range a whole new tab opens called Drawing Tools where you can then change format, shapes, styles etc. Oooh and also add Shape Effects ie. Shadows & 3D

Just note that the feature in Excel 2003 is not adding any shadows to cells. It is just adding a shape with shadow. you can drag it anywhere...
