Draw multiple graphs for multiple samples

I need to draw a graph for each of my thousand samples. each of these graphs have three series all plotted against time. is there anyway that I can make a table of data and then drag and drop and with excel drawing one of these graphs for each sample? please I dont think there is a way to do this?

Here is a post a wrote on how to setup a system to view the data from thousands of data rows

It doesn't make charts for each but allows one chart to be used to view lots of data quickly
