Downloading data from Kaggle to Excel

I downloaded this dataset but when i open it in excel the format of some data are not match with the original dataset. How can I fix this error? I am living in Vietnam if it helps.

Do You mean those some different letters or what?
... have You tried to use other font ... which has those letters?
 
You might want to import the data in excel, using utf8 standard. Those weird letters ad you call them are accented letters, like é, â, ç, etc. Or if they are in the source, they are exported incorrectly.
