i have report with almost 60 coloum and i need pick almost 10 coloum for a report. As the report structure can be changed anytime, is there any thing available like coloum manager in ablebits excel add-in to re-arrange the coloums.

Just a suggestion..

* Create a CustomList.. In Sort option..
* sort the table (Custom Sort > Option > Sort Left to Right)
* and always choose 1st 10 Columns.. as your required data..

Just what is the criteria for choosing the ten columns, Highest, Lowest, Average ??, you can do this through conditional formatting.

There is nothing specific, Manual adjustment is needed.

Situation is that sheet 1 have 60 coloum. Now a form should be there which can list the header of each coloum and one can select a few to pasted on different sheet which is somewhat similar to ablebits coloum manager.

Exact requirement can be seen by goggling "Random data generator". i have attached a file with screenshot. this seems to be available for generating random data (presently site not opening) but the requirement is generate the data from input data.

Will explore this approach...However it seems that i need to place index match combination to all the sheet up to the last data row which will need to be expand every time the data will be added.

To my understanding this will work file if the coloums are being shuffle but the row are constant.

Any VBA Approch where one list can be referred and the result are copied on desired sheet in the sequence of list refereed.
