Distribution of Month wise Visits according to plan.. What to do?

I have to visit different shop. I have list of 1000 shops with category A,B,C & D. I need to distribute visits for each in month as A=1 visit/week, B=2 visits/month, C=1 visits/month and D= 1 visits/2 months. how should I Plan my daily journey plan in excel so that i visit all shops. I am stuck at planning. please advise?

Along with a workbook , I would expect the following information would be essential :

1. What is the minimum period in which all of the shops need to be visited ?

2. The minimum period is a week , but when you say 2 visits per month or 1 visit per month , does it mean 1 visit every two weeks or 1 visit every 4 weeks ? Some months have 5 weeks , and the frequency of 1 visit every month may be different from 1 visit every 4 weeks over a long period.

3. What is the exact distribution of the 1000 or so shops over the 4 categories ? How many shops fall in category A , how many in category B ,... ?

1. There is no minimum period. As category D is weakest category therefore, may be cover in 3 to 4 months
2. Good question. In case of 5th week I opt to make my daily journal to repeat 1st week again.
3. A= 50 shops
B= 100 shops
C=300 shops
D= 300 shops
E= 350 shops

the problem is I don't know what frequency i use for each day and for each shops that i would cover category A, B, C cover all in on month and D in 2 or 3 months. D category isn't matter alot i am worry about A, B, C. I am not much worry about excel sheet but frequency i use so that i cover all according to plan.
