Display total for a group of numeric without an intermediate number

@ Dear All,

By selecting more than one cell, (preferably with shift and arrow keys) we can see the total of values in the right side of the status Bar. Sum =430. This is the total of 4 values i.e, 100, 105, 110, 115 I want to omit a value in between and display total without 105, is it possible ?

@Hellow Rushmar,

I tried with the mouse pointer, the highlighted portion becomes whilte but no effect in the total. Is there any option available ?
