Display the timings

Hi,

I Want to display the time at which AFM has occured..

for ex. in the attached spread sheeet.. meter ID 10 contains 2 AFM at meter time of 26/8/2014 7:01:22 AM.

if the meter ID contains 4 AFM it means 2 meter timing. i want to diaply the two meter timing in excel sheet..

if the meter ID contains 6 AFM it means 3 meter timing. i want to diaply the three meter timing in excel sheet..

Please find attached sheet for your reference...
