Display multiple column chart counted by D column

I'm trying to create a dynamic range graph by a specific column.
How to find a way for a chart to display three columns of data but to control how many cells are filled in column 'D'.
I manage to display all the data, but I cannot control the column. Am I wrong in the OFFSET function somewhere?

btw: I want to create a chart in 6 days but all three columns should be displayed on the 'X' axis.
Please see attached a simple example.

@Hui
Thank you very much.
I thought a single formula could include all the columns.

I corrected the formula for 'Cht_X'. Because I want it to display data from a 'B' column instead of numbers on the 'X' axis.
Conditional Formatting is ok.

One more question.
Am I going to make a mistake if I set Sheet Tab Name to 'Scope'?
I will have more cell ranges on the same worksheet and also on another worksheet.

Conclusion:
For each column I need to set a defined name and formula.

My respect
