Hello,

i would like to ask you for help. I need to create very specific chart. In attached file is example of the chart I need with all comments.
Could you help me please?

You are close
You need to add another series like this:
upload_2016-9-6_10-53-50.png

Then set the fill and outline of the 53 in Bar 2 to none
Insert a Arrow somewhere on the worksheet and copy it
then select the Green point and paste

Remember that the arrow is 4 units wide and so if you want it to point to 53, change 53 to 53-4/2 = 51
