Hi,

I just opened your file, can you clarify few points:

1. you have multiple entries with same booking number in sheet1. does in sheet 2 also you get multiple entries or single?

2. What about those records in Sheet1 without booking number.

in sheet one there are multiple entries with some booking no. but in sheet 2 every booking no. are unique so in this case formula should be say error. same will be applied to blank booking no.

I have removed duplicates in sheet1 and consolidated.
1. In Sheet2 around 46 codes are not available compared with shee1.
2. In sheet1 around 2 codes are not available compared with sheet2.
3. As i understood i did my answer if you need more requirement. Kindly elaborate you question with example answer. Definitely our Excel ninjas will answer it.

I am uploading 2 files. one (own data) belong from my company and 2nd (Company Data) belong from another company.

i have to know the all entries is available in own data or not , according booking no. if some data is missing its should be show error or something......
