All examples found with the built-in search feature available at this page top right area (rectangle with Search button, Google logo and Custom Search legend).

Perhaps it'd be very advisable if you read again the third green sticky post at this forums main page (§17 says "Quickly search the Web and Chandoo.org for help before posting. It is quite possible that your problem has been solved by someone else.").

Thanks. I do search first on most occasions. The issue with this post was that I was not able to explain clearly in what I wanted (finding it difficult to put in words), except putting up in the file.

It might have been done in this way:


at H4:

{=MIN(IF($A$3:$A$12=2,$B$3:$B$12))}.....minimum of column B value where ID = 2
