deleted found data with criterias (VBA)

Can someone share the code to do that:


1. identifiy data (ex : row4 must contain "ABCB" and row5 must be different from "BNE")
2. select found data (all critreria)
3. delete found lines. (no matter how many lines are deleted)
4. show all data (not deleted)
