I am not sure I have understood you , but you can eliminate the calculations in columns E , F , G , J and K.

What's the logic behind Col H & I.

1 - as per the staff grade 7 to 10 less then 5 years 21 days basic salary, grater then 5 years 30 days basic salary.
2 - as per the staff grade 11 and above less then 5 years 30 days basic salary and grater then 5 years 45 days basic salary.
