Hello Sir


Good After Noon


Sir i have small Problem


in my work Book there are several sheets and the first sheet named as Dispatch Register


in the Dispatch Register for on column i used as Date and give the restrict through date validation in data validation option as 01-01-1900 to 31-12-2100


and i use the formula for the rest sheets as


=IFERROR(INDEX(DISP_DATE,SMALL((DISP_DEAL_NAME="XYZ")*ROW(DISP_DEAL_NAME),COUNTA(DISP_DEAL_NAME)-COUNTIF(DISP_DEAL_NAME,"XYZ")+ROW(A1))-ROW(DISP_DEAL_NAME)+1),"")


With This formula i got the result in rest sheets but there is one problem in on sheet where is use the above formula then which rows are blank in Dispatch Register of Date Field then i am getting the result in that particular sheet as 01-01-1900 i can't understand why this happen in this particular sheet except all

It sounds like the formula isn't generating an error, and that the cell being return just happens to be blank. Have you tried using the Evaluate Formula tool to see if something odd is happening?

sir Please check in the parties button in Gate Way sheet in the party sheet there are some buttons named with parties then my mistake is started in the button of "SANTOSH GENERAL STORE"


Please check and kindly suggest me for that mistake, if in future that mistake will repeat then i can solve the problem by me

On the Despatch Register sheet column I is numbers not dates?


Do you want the formula above in Column I?


What is its purpose, can you explain what your trying to do and achieve?


This is a rather large 330MB spreadsheet when uncompressed I hope you have a good PC!

Which formula is able to count the number of different BATCHES?
