Hi..

Plz help with a formula for conditional formatting..

I have an excel sheet in which there is a column of dates(MM/DD/YYYY)..

The formula should be able to highlight any date which is greater than one month in past. The formula[=today()-31] previously u gave did not work to my requirement. Actually formula should work on months rather than date...eg.if current month is July formula should highlight any date which will be of May month and previous not highlight any date with June month. If I use today()-31 it hightlights the date of 06/01/2011.This should not be highlighted. In simple words when its July its should color out dates of May month and previous.

Plz help me on this...

Hi Ashish,

Please try the following in the FormulaIs =MONTH(TODAY())-MONTH(B5)>=2

It is assumed that your value is in B5.

Cheers

Kanti
