Data labels in excel

Hello forum... I am new here and I am having a problem with adding only the last data label to update automatically when new data is entered. I have checked forums here with solutions but I can't get the formulas to work. I need the chart info circled in red to auto update when new data is entered on the data entry sheet The information is being pulled from the cells highlighted in red. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Add a new series with "" except where the data label is required
Then add that series as the labels
