Data is more than available number of rows in a single sheet

Hi Everyone,
I am holding a database in excel which is increasing everyday and now I am using 5 sheets of excel 64-bit version to hold data. Someone suggest to transfer this data to access or other database but problem is that I receive new data everyday and then I need to find records from that database file using v-lookup everyday and now I have to do it five times separately. Can anyone help me how to solve this issue. I don't know if it is possible to do this type of transactions using access database. Can anybody help me with his/her advice in this regard. Many thanks

If you post a sample of the data here I am sure somebody can setup a macro to transfer the data to Access and then setup a macro to add data to it daily and run the reports

Surely, what @Hui suggested is a great way of getting help here. But I would also like to suggest you trying Power Pivot which can handle tons of data as it convert your data to structural database. Try experimenting it on.
