I have also done it in a different way through vlook up
like in my first sheet name and employee id is repeating with dates. so i remove all the duplicates in (employee id and name) through remove duplicate option and paste all the unique id in sheet 2.
make unique value through employee id and dates.

Sir, I Want to know that the way I have done is correct way or not?
Will work in large data with repetition of employee id and name with different dates.
