Hui Excel Ninja Staff member Apr 2, 2015 #2 Anu My 2 cents worth is 1. Don't merge cells eg: B8:B10 every cell should have its own value 2. If A2 applies down to A7 put Sam in every cell, every cell should have its own value 3. Don't leave blank cells B3 every cell should have its own value 4. You have left no room for expansion ie: Mar to Dec Plan for the future, blank columns are ok as long as the layout is logical 5. Keep fields in logical order, ie Jan Profit should be before Feb profit, not after it.
