Dashboard for time management/log time of delivery

hi, Forum is really superb and thank you all for providing ur valuable inputs.

This is my second thread.
I'm logging time ,date,milestone,id of problem and person name for three product.
FOR TIME-Planned (Start time And End time) and Actual (start time and end time ) on that basis i calculate total no :-

1. ON TIME
2. LATE
3. BEFORE TIME

For three products.

Currently I'm showing
1.In my dashboard total no of ID (from beginning to till date),then current month total id and drop down to compare with previous month.
then current month (start time and end time) in this i calculate no. of ontime ,late ,before time for both(current and previous month which is in drop down list).showing pie chart on this also.
2. I'm showing a graph (that show total no. id of different product month wise)
3.I'm showing graph for trend of start time (on time ,Late ,before) & same for end time also.
Now i want to suggest what more analysis can be done on this , apart from what i'm currently doing.

If this is a error log, then you can show if the problem is being repeated, & who had solved it previously, this will help to track the efficiency of the resolving officer.
