DashBoard for Budget control - help

I work as budget control and have to creat various MIS based on 1.Budget,2.Expenses,3.Available Funds, and these data have to mention on 3 months periods like from JUL-to-SEP, OCT-to-DEC, JAN-to-MAR, and APR-to-JUN,

my report on pivot table some thing like this

Account-Organisation-Location-Budget-Expenses-Funfs Available-1stQuarter-2ndQuarter

How I can use DASHBOARD for this data
