dash board for project progress report

Hi all,

I need help and idea for dash board for project progress report I have data of 3 Branches with 3 product with the aging data .

now we run some project in month of Feb and now show the progress analysis after the project run.project target id increase each product aging wise like if product A in age group 0~5 count is 105 we try to this count in higher age

exmp enclosed.
