Ctrl shift and arrow keys

Hello team,

I have a lot of rows and 6 columns and I need to select them all, it is impossible to select manually. The first column has some blank cells and I can't select it with ctrl shift and arrow keys, because the mouse stops at the blank cells, what is the solution for selecting it.

Regards,

Or, select the header of sixth column, and do Ctrl+down, Ctrl+left.

Or, you might be able to use Ctrl+End to get to last used cell. This can get tricky if other cells have been used on the worksheet, however.

Elaborating on what PK said above

Ctrl A will select a rectangular area that encompasses all cells that are contiguous (joined) to the cell that is active

So I'd put a blank column after column 6 and a blank column in front of Column 1

then select any cell with a value

Ctrl A

GGGGG,

First you will have to name the whole cells as a table.

This is one time work, just follow the steps given below.

1. Select all cells (First cell and last cell)

2. Go to Formula menu

3. Select define name

4. Enter the name (eg : "ggggg")

5. Click ok.

That't it. Now click any cell inside the range and press ctrl + a..
