Creating concentric bubble chart in excel

Dear all,

I am entrusted with presenting data with different visualisation and concentric bubbles used by some caught my attention. Can somebody tell me how to create it in excel, if we can create it?

Concentric Bubbles are simply bubbles that have the same X & Y Coordinates and a different Value
You could also use Donut Charts for this depending on your exact requirement

If your data is in 1 series all data points will be the same color
You can manually select a series and then the data points and format them or
Add them as separate series
