Hi All,
I want to create a sheet where a small timescale/chart is available, showing resource allocation over dates based on their day to day engagements. I tried doing this in a very crude way, but not happy and satisfied with it. Is there a better way of doing this?
Attached is the sheet I created.
Objective: Dates/date range to be shown colored for those dates where a resource is blocked for tasks, between two dates. This list of tasks and a members involvement/allocation will be done at one place, however the colored dates/date range will show his engagement.
What will I have on day to day basis:
• team member names (list getting updated as and when a new resource joins the team)
• tasks (getting updated daily)
• Start Date and End Date per task
• Marking a resource for the task (manager will decide).
