Hello Friends,

please guide me to create help msgbox on userform like the screenshot I have attached with this post.

What you have pictured is a COMMENT BOX on a spreadsheet. You can add a COMMENT to any cell by right clicking that cell
and selecting ADD COMMENT.

If you mean add a COMMENT BOX like the above but on a USERFORM ... here is a resource how to do it with a TextBox that is
on a UserForm :
