Create drop down list dependent on another drop down list input

Hello there,

I have been trying to create a unique list of my products, but I have to manually drag my formula down, only then does the new unique client added display in the drop-down.
Also, depending on the client I select, the second drop-down list needs to display the correct product which it's failing to do at the moment. Not sure why. Please help if possible.

I have uploaded an example file of what I'm trying to achieve, please have a look.

Thank you @Nebu, that is exactly what I was trying to achieve. Did you create the pivot tables first and then the VBA?
