Create a See-Saw based on two values

Dear All

I'm trying to create a see-saw diagram based on the value of two numbers, instead of using sparklines wanted to try and create a more visual representation.

I have attached a file with what I would like to achieve, and is this something I can achieve with a macro and if so, would someone be kind enough to create a macro to assist (if easy enough to create.

Simon, you could make a mini chart... I did not bother to make the conditional format though. Would this be a good start for you?

The #N/A errors allow the series to exist, but not be displayed

Thank you Hui for the completion. I was getting tired, but basically that was the idea. I struggled to get the triangle on the right position. Wanted to use an offset in the chart marker, but that didn't work.
