COUNTING WORDS. PLEASE HELP.

Hi to all. I badly need help.

I wish to count the number of times the name of school appears in the column. The name of schools are in cell I and the count shall be displayed in cell J.

I wish to extract them from cell AP.

I have tried the countif formula but it can't fetch the schools if they are already with other schools in a cell.

Please help and thank you in advance.
