Countif Formula Required with Greater than or Less Than Formula

Hi Excel Champs,


I am attaching a file which contains two sheets.
One is detailed and the other is formula sheet.
I had written the result manually but unable to write a formula for the same.
Request you to please help on this.

Is this..

C5=COUNTIFS(DETAILS!D1:D5,">20000",DETAILS!C1:C5,A5)
or
C5=SUMPRODUCT((DETAILS!D2:D5>20000)*(DETAILS!C2:C5=A5))

and
C2=SUMPRODUCT((DETAILS!D2:D5>DETAILS!E2:E5)*(DETAILS!B2:B5=A2))
