Count unique values of "Charge"

Dear All,

Kindly look into the attached file. There are 2 columns in that file. 1st column transaction type which contains "charge, payments and Adjustments". 2nd column contains visit #. so I need know the Count of unique visits of only Charges. we can do this simply with the pivot table . but actually i need a formula for it. Could you please help me to create a formula.
