Count populated cells in column based on condition met in two other columns

I have 4 columns in my worksheet as below. I would like to get a count of Cust_ID column for only "populated cells" when month is "April" & Type is Actual and so for month is "May" and Type is Actual etc..

Account | Month | Type | Cust_ID
ABC | April Actual SDR5678
ABC | April Planned
ABC | May Actual ADR5444
ABC | May Planned
XYZ | May Actual URP0987
XYZ | May Planned
so on..
I tried countifs but its not working

=COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$7,"ABC",$B$2:$B$7,"April",$C$2:$C$7,"Actual",$D$2:$D$7,"<>")
