Count Per Day with date and time

if I want to see on particular date with time how many room Occupied. Because some room check in around 6 am and check out 10 am, the should be calculated in daily occupany. And also I want to know about a particular time how many room was occupied

Hi Ajeet ,

The second requirement is difficult to display , since there are 3 variables involved viz. date , time and room ; we need to fix one of them so that the other two can be displayed in matrix form.

for the date of 21st dec occupancy is 5, if I change the cell E3 from 21/12 to 22/12 then 21st dec occupancy should be 6, but its not working

Hi Ajeet ,

Can you clarify the meaning of occupancy ?

I am under the impression that you want to know how many rooms are occupied on a given day ; since the number of rooms is 5 , the occupancy can never be more than 5.

If you want some other figure , please explain the logic with a sample calculation.

If I change the value of E26 from 26/12 to 27 then H10 value shoud be + 1, because cell A26 is going to stay one more day. But its not working.
