Count numbers vertical and place total in column

When you run this Macro it will start counting down. It counts the amount of each individual number like the 5's in column E row 4 and puts a 4 in column L. It does the same thing all the way down. Another example is it counts the 2's in row 11 column d and puts the nswer (12) in column L. What I need to happen is when it comes to the 1's and 9's I need for it to count them as a whole entity and also as a separate number. Example rows 15 and 16. I need to coumd all the 9's and 1's as a whole and then break them down individual You will see it says a total of 4 in row 15 column Y and the a 2 in column Z. The same with row 16 If we look at row 50 it has a total count of 12 and it places a 6 in Y for the 1's and in row 56 it places a 6 for the 9's. Make sense? Now, I do not want the 9's and 1's in columns X and Y as this was only an example but I would like them in column L and M. Put the total count in L and the individual count in M.

Again, Thank you Guru's
