Count if with AND conditions

Dear Sir,

I want number of instances of column 'F'..........But it has certain values in duplicate or even triplicate in this situation, it should be counted as 1............................



in Excell 2007, My formula should be;

If column D=Khanewal
and
If column E=12
and
if B=9028,

Then it should count instances of column 'F' in column 'O'

=IF(AND(B1=9028,D1="Khanewal",E1=12),COUNT(E1:E3),"")
