Count form merged cells

Hi Team,

From the attached file I have 3 coulmns Job, Sub job and Error in sub job. I need to find those jobs which are having all zero errors in all sub jobs. I have attached the sample file for your reference. Since I have more than 20,000 line items Jobs are merged I am not able to get it with Piviot table. Sample result I have updated in L column.
