count error on formula location

Hi,

Please find the attachment and do a needful , I can't able to count the values in formula location, but i can able to count while i paste only the values.

1) Your H-column values are for some reason texts.
2) Time-text are challenge to count like You tried
4) eg 4hrs = 4/24

Your H column is text so you can't count as required
Replace TEXT(B3-A3; "h:mm") with =B3-A3 (and pull down) and format the column as h:mm
