Count Down the Time

Please help me, can anyone tell me how to count down the time in excel macros, for the help many-many thanks.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "count down"? With current value of Sept 24, 2014 12:00 AM, what value should be displayed after 10 seconds? After the hour has passed?

I want to count down time with excel macros,

If i input in colomn D4 = 1, then in colomn F5 will Count Down the time for one hour.

I think we can do what you want, but I still don't know which way the counter is going. Please answer the specific questions I asked

With current value of Sept 24, 2014 12:00 AM, what value should be displayed after 10 seconds? After the hour has passed?

With your latest workbook, I don't know how you got from 12:00 AM to 0:00 AM (which technically isn't a real time).
