copy & paste values from a closed workbook

Hi

Can anyone pls provide a code snippet to perform below from a closed workbook(folder);

1. Copy & paste only values & formats
2. Closed workbook may have multiple worksheets, bring the same worksheet name to the master worsheet. For an ex: Copy data from worksheet("Sheet1") in closed file and paste that values & formats to a worksheet in master workbook & name that sheet as "Sheet1"
