Hi all,

Need your help on the topic -copy entire pivot data and paste as values using VBA. I am a new learner in VBA and also worked on the coding part and finally tried out macro recording as well but it shows code of the usual copy-paste method in VBA. Attached the dummy data for your reference.

Help Required:

I have a pivot table in the range from (A: E). I need to Copy and paste the entire pivot in column I to M and again paste the same pivot below with opposite sign for values of the Total column and ignore the "Units" column in column L.

To Copy Pivot Table Format Manually without report filters
Manual - No Report Filters
If the pivot table does NOT have any report filters, follow these steps to manually copy and paste the pivot table formatting and values.
In the original pivot table, copy the entire pivot table body
Right-click the cell where you want to paste the values and formatting
Under Paste Options, click Values
Right-click the cell again, and under Paste Options, click Formatting
The values and formatting appear in the new location.

I hope this is helpful!

How have you solved this problem? Should you share this solution?

Because for the last few months I have been suffering from this problem.
