Hi Chandoo,
I tried to get an answer but every time I need to do manual work. My Question is suppose my process head count is 105 employees & I have respective Team leaders for them you can have dump sheet on "Question" how I want my data is in sheet "My Answer", so to get data into my answer sheet what i did is i made pivot table look at in the sheet "Pivot" and put the Team leader into report filter and employee name into value then each time i selected each team leader & copied his employees into My answer sheet each time. I just want to know is there any easiest way to do this with pivot or with any formula.
