I want to convert numbers into word text as depicted above.

USD 150,000 to USD One Hundred Fifty Thousand only

How you will recognize.. I am calling which ABHI..

You have created 3 Function.. follow Mishra's suggestion.. or
you can call any ABHI.. by his location, to recognise.. like "Dilliwala Abhi, Mumbaiwala Abhi.."
so you can use..

=Module1.SpellNumber(123) or =Module3.SpellNumber(234)

will also work..
