Control Chart

How do you create a control given the following conditions:


Daily Steps Taken

Average Steps

Lower Control Limit

Upper Control Limit

Mean Daily Average


I downloaded the Microsoft Control Chart but I just need a simple control chart. What I don't need is Sample 2 - Sample 5. Instead I just need Sample 1 which shoudl include Date, Steps Taken, Mean (Daily Average), Lower Control Limit, Upper Control Limit.

You will need to setup a number of Rows or Columns with the following data

Date, Steps Taken, Mean, Lower Control Limit, Upper Control Limit

The Data should be in order of ascending Dates

Populate the columns/rows with your data

Select the area setup above and Insert a Chart

Format to suit
