i'm an excel beginner and would like to know how to apply conditional formatting to my spreadsheet. i would like certain rows to be highlighted if the following conditions are not satisfied:

for example, C2 + D2 is less than B2.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

hui, one more question...

if i wanted to apply the formatting to the entire spreadsheet, how do i go about doing that?

Select all the cells before applying the CF

To select all the cells click the small area to the Upper Left of A1
