Conditional Formatting to view data in two ways

Hi,

I want to view Index of the data in two ways when i selected from the list.

For Example -

First case - Selecting My view - report should show as per the attached sheet (worksheet name : My View)

Second Case - Selecting Others View - report should show as per attached sheet (worksheet name : others view)

Attached excel sheet for your reference.

Ya.Output is same way what i expected,But i want as excel instead of picture because i will make additions.

you mean, addition to the original data

In that case, you can still have the output as image but make the ranges dynamic..

you can change the range as per requirement
