Conditional Formatting question.

I have a Worksheet with at least 10 tabs and I want the conditional formatting to apply to all tabs without having to go to each tab and repeat the same conditional format. The following picture shows the Conditional Format window with "This Worksheet" selected in "Show formatting rules for:", but when I select that it does not apply to all tabs, only the tab I'm currently located. The other possibilities are each individual tab. Am I stuck having to repeat the same identical condition for each tab or am I missing something? I should also mention I'm still using Excel 2007 in case that matters.

Thank you.

Apply the conditional formatting to the first worksheet, then select all those cells to which you applied the formatting. Next, click the Format Painter (on the Home tab of the ribbon), switch to the target worksheet, and select the cells to which the formatting should be applied. Done.

The second workaround involves running the macro recorder while setting up the conditional formatting on your first worksheet. You can then re-run the macro as you display each of your other worksheets, in turn. The conditional formats are applied to the same cells on the other worksheets.
