Hi ,

What do you wish to do ?

The area that you have mentioned has 6 CF rules covering various areas as follows :

1. $F$2:$AF$2

2. $F$3:$AF$11

3. $F$13:$AF$13

4. $F$14:$AF$16

5. $F$19:$AF$35

6. $F$37:$AF$43

You go through the rules , decide which one you wish to retain , delete all the others , and for the one that is remaining , change the Applies To range to cover the entire area $F$2:$AF$43.

Thanks Narayan Sir,

I want to apply for each row not entire area, I want to show row wise data bar when I select entire area it wil take highest amount from entire area and still facing different format for row 14 to 35.

When I am changing the range aur use format painter then also its change format.

Hi ,

If I select each row , and apply it to the next row , there is no problem ; I have done 5 rows ; can you see if it is OK ?

Hi ,

If you use a Data Bar , Gradient Fill , even a zero value shows the same length of bar as a value of 1.

Regarding the use of Format Painter , I did 5 rows using the Format Painter ; did you check the rows and find them to be correct or wrong ?
