Conditional formatting by subcategory in same column

Hello. I need to apply 3 different (greater than) conditional formats to a pivot table column: subcategory 1, subcategory 2, and the total all in one column. Please see my example attached. In the example I used different fill colors for illustration only. Each conditional format could have a light green fill. Again I will use this in a pivot table. If you need me to upload a pivot table instead of the table in my example, I'm happy to do that. Thank you

If anyone can figure out a solution, I'd greatly appreciate it.
